Nawa's founder, and the teacher leading your child's group where they need to know. Nothing goes to other parents, nothing is sold, and nothing feeds advertising. When you send the registration form a copy of what you wrote, including the notes box, is also emailed to us — so that an allergy or an access need reaches a person quickly instead of waiting to be noticed. Four suppliers handle data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the database, Resend delivers that email, and Google provides the inbox it arrives in.

We should be straight with you about how this works: Nawa is small, so these periods are applied by a person rather than by an automatic process. If you would like something removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
You can ask to see what we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We act on deletion requests within thirty days. You never have to fill in the notes box to register. If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first — and if we do not put it right, you are entitled to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Registration is completed by a parent or guardian, not by a child. We ask for a first name only, never a surname, a date of birth or a photograph. What you tell us about allergies, health or access needs is used for one purpose only — so that the teacher in the room can look after your child safely — and is read by Nawa's founder and that teacher, by nobody else.
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. We cannot tell you who visited, which pages they read, or where they came from, because none of it is collected. The only cookie Nawa sets is the one that logs the founder into the admin area, and you will never be given it. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
